What's the purpose of the trial?
This is a single center, single arm Phase Ib study with expansion cohort designed to establish the safety and physiologic effects of sirolimus pre-conditioning followed by T-cell engaging bispecific antibody therapy.

- Talquetamab is a bispecific antibody that binds to both CD3 on T cells and GPRC5D expressed on certain tumor cells.
- Teclistamab is a bispecific antibody that targets BCMA, which is expressed in mature B lymphocytes, and CD3, which is expressed on T-cells.
- Sirolimus is an immunosuppressive medication used in several indications, including to help prevent rejection in patients who have had a transplant.
