What's the purpose of the trial?

This is a phase I, interventional, single-arm, open-label, dose-finding treatment study designed to evaluate the safety and preliminary efficacy of FT836 in combination with daratumumab in adult patients with relapsed and/or refractory myeloma who have failed prior therapies.

  • Daratumumab is a type of cancer drug called a monoclonal antibody. Daratumumab attaches to a protein called CD38, which is present in high numbers on the surface of multiple myeloma cells, as well as on certain other types of cells, such as red blood cells.
