CARTITUDE-10
A Phase 2 Multicohort Trial to Further Characterize the Efficacy and Safety of Ciltacabtagene Autoleucel
What's the purpose of the trial?
The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well (efficacy) cilta-cel works when given with a fludarabine-free lymphodepletion regimen (a process of reducing the number of lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell in the body, typically through chemotherapy), or an alternative administration of cilta-cel infusion following a cyclophosphamide and fludarabine lymphodepletion regimen.

Experimental Treatments
Learn more about the experimental treatments being evaluated in this clinical trial.
- Cyclophosphamide is a chemotherapy agent used in the treatment of cancer.
- Ciltacabtagene Autoleucel (cilta-cel) is a BCMA-directed, genetically modified autologous T-cell immunotherapy, which involves reprogramming a patient’s own T-cells with a transgene encoding a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) that identifies and eliminates cells that express the B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA).
- Fludarabine is a chemotherapy medication that may be used in the treatment of many different cancers.
