What's the purpose of the trial?
The purpose of this research is to determine whether the combination of selinexor, venetoclax, and dexamethasone therapy can increase anti-cancer effects in patients with translocation 11;14-positive (t(11;14)), relapsed/refractory myeloma (RRMM).

- Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid that prevents the release of substances in the body that cause inflammation, and is given in conjunction with some cancer treatments.
- Selinexor Selinexor is a first-in-class, oral Selective Inhibitor of Nuclear Export (SINE) compound. Selinexor is used in the treatment of multiple myeloma.
- Venetoclax is a BCL-2 inhibitor that may work by blocking the action of the BCL-2 protein on some cancer cells which can lead to cell death.
